Shred it.

They say the last few pounds is always the hardest to lose. To kickstart it, I'm gonna do another month long challenge, like FFFF (Fast Food Free February). Starting April 1, Ima 30-day shred this b, in addition to my regular workouts.

Man, that woman scares the shiz out of me. I'm a little nervous she's gonna jump out of my tv and beat me up if I don't do enough push-ups.

Each workout is only 20 minutes. I can get with that. The dvd is $9 at Target or on Amazon. Do it with me? We'll start April 1 and motivate each other. If you tell me you're doing this challenge, I'll totally email you and make you get up off your ass with my compelling rhetoric. I'll take a before, half way, and after picture and hopefully my after picture I'll be rockin' my Wonder Woman bikini, muthafuckaaaaaas.

I was pretty fun classy in college.

For the record, this was the only time I did a "slutty" Halloween costume. This was also before I got fat. Clearly. Ohmygosh I can't even believe I went out in public like that.

  5. I considered doing Shred this month too, but I start Revolt on the 29th, and I need to get my running stamina in full gear before then. However, I am so stinkin' excited and scared for you. You can do this!
