But how did you do it? I swear, I get asked this question more than any other, as if it's some big secret. Nobody wants to hear "I cleaned up my diet and I exercise 6 days a week", but that's the magic answer. It's difficult and it doesn't happen over night, but one day you'll be in Target with your size 6's and/or smalls in the fitting room and they'll be too big, and it will be a total inconvenience to have to put back all of your shit and pick up size 4's and extra smalls. The BEST kind of inconvenience possible.
I alternate leg and arm day each day of the week at lunch, and I do abs errrday, son. Here are my workouts from this week:

And then cardio. I run, bike or play soccer 4x/week. Yep, that means I workout twice some days because I don't have enough time at lunch. GET IT GURL.
And you torture yourself in this manner over your lunch break (or whenever works for your schedule), so that you can eat noms like this and not gain weight:
Behold: The Adult Grilled Cheese.
Colby Jack cheese, shredded
Butter one side of each piece of bread, then layer all other ingredients with cheese inbetween to make it all stick together like the pages of a teenage boy's Sports Illustrated magazine.
Cook until crispy on a panini press or George Forman grill and slice into triangles because it looks nicer.
