Caramel Apple Roses

Y'all, I saw this video on Facebook and it rocked my world:

And so I thought, you know what would make that better? Caramel and not having to wait 45 minutes to put it in my mouth. Y'all know I love caramel apples.

My version of apple roses:

Prepare the apples just like the video. Probably buy red delicious ones like she suggests because it will be more rosy with the red skin. I used some Fuji apples I had on hand and they're more yellowy pinkish.

Instead of puff pastry, use a sheet of crescent roll dough. Roll it out and cut it into 6-8 strips. I only had enough apples for 6.

Smear some caramel sauce on the pastry like she does with the apricot jelly. No need to add water, just make sure the caramel is a spreadable consistency. Sprinkle cinnamon and add apples like she does.

Roll up and bake in a muffin tin at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Boom, caramel apple roses. SO GOOD and PERFECT for a Fall party. Or a Tuesday. Whatever you want to celebrate.
